Some Insignia Fire TV models come with Alexa Voice Remote. If you have one, you can reset the Alexa Voice Remote using the following steps.
[1] Turn off the TV and unplug the TV cord from the socket.
[2] Wait for 60 seconds and press the Left button and Menu button at the same time for 12 seconds.
[3] Then, release both buttons and wait for 5 seconds.
[4] Remove the batteries from the remote and wait for a few seconds.
[5] Plug in your Insignia Fire TV and hold on until the TV screen says that the remote can’t be detected.
[6] Now insert the batteries into the remote and press the Home button.

How to Reset Insignia Roku TV Remote
[1] Pop out the batteries from the Roku TV remote and unplug the TV cord from the power source.
[2] Wait for 5-10 seconds and plug the TV cord back in again.
[3] When the home screen appears on the TV, reinsert the batteries back into your remote.
[4] Then, press and hold the Reset button for 3-5 seconds.
[5] The LED light will start to flash.
